This week our IT Center Satisfaction Survey started. This survey is aimed at all people who use the services of the IT Center. In order to continuously improve the quality of services and support through our various communication channels, we conduct a satisfaction survey every year. The survey is anonymous.
Participants can participate to win one of 15 gift vouchers from Schenk Lokal Aachen, each worth 15 Euros. After the satisfaction survey, the data will be evaluated and published on our IT Center homepage.
Participate in our IT Center Satisfaction Survey until 30th of November 2021 and help us to improve our services and support.
The results reports of the last surveys are published on our IT Center website.
