My IT Center – Your Gateway to Our Services

As the central IT facility of RWTH Aachen University, the IT Center provides you with a wide range of services and applications. But in the midst of these diverse offerings, it can be quite a challenge, especially for new users, to keep an overview. This is precisely where My IT Center comes in.

 

Your Central Access to the Digital World of Rwth Aachen University 

In general, all information from the My IT Center portal is available to anyone without logging in. However, the website also offers a user-friendly filter option. In the upper right corner, there is a button labeled “Target Group” that allows users to select different filter categories. There you will find the available options “Students”, “Employees” and “My Services”. The “My Services” option will show you all the services you have an authorization to use. All you have to do is authenticate yourself using the well-known RWTH single sign-on login. Afterwards, you will be shown the services for which you are entitled to use. Thanks to this practical filter function, you get an even better overview of the services that are relevant to you.

The My IT Center portal is your personal guide to all IT Center services. Here you will find a structured and clear listing of all our applications and stores. From teaching and learning platforms such as RWTHmoodle or RWTHonline to identity management, support and collaboration tools to the various RWTH stores – the portal offers a clear structure and makes it easier for new users to get started with the IT Center’s IT services. At the same time, it also provides experienced users with an optimal overview and makes it possible to reach all services and applications with one click.

With My IT Center, we have developed a portal that facilitates the seamless and efficient use of our IT services.
