IT-ServiceDesk
The IT ServiceDesk at SuperC and Seffenter Weg 23 will remain open as usual. However, there may be delays in the processing time. You can reach us on that day as follows:
- By telephone: from 7:30 am to 4 pm on the phone number +49 241 80 24680
- Via Chat: from 7:30 am to 4 pm via the “Chat Support” button. You can find this button on the IT Center website, our documentation portal IT Center Help and on RWTHmoodle.
- Via email: Of course, you can contact us from 7:30 am to 6 pm by email at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de
For personal contact, our locations below are open for you at the following times:
- SuperC: 7:30 am to 1 pm
- Seffenter Weg 23: 7:30 am to 1 pm
InfoPoint and General Accessibility
The infoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 is staffed and accessible from 8 am to 3 pm. However, the entrances to the office buildings at Seffenter Weg 23 (infoPoint entrance) and Kopernikusstraße 6 will be closed at 2 pm. The entrance to the IT-ServiceDesk at Seffenter Weg 23 will remain open until 4 pm.
The locations at Wendlingweg 10 and Kackerstraße are closed all day.
For appointment-based admission outside the above-mentioned opening hours, please notify your interviewer in good time.
From Monday, December 8, 2023, the IT Center will be open again at the usual opening hours.
