IT Introductions: The Perfect Start
For everyone new to RWTH or looking to refresh their IT skills, the IT Center offers basic training sessions. These are ideal for students, teaching staff, and employees who want to become familiar with the university’s digital tools.
Special Workshops: Topic-Specific Events
For advanced users or beginners in a specific field, a range of workshops is available, focusing on specialized topics:
- High Performance Computing (HPC): Introductory and in-depth courses, such as our annual events PPCES or aiXcelerate, as well as various offerings from NHR4CES or the HPC Consultation Hour.
- Research Data Management (RDM): Training on efficient management and archiving of research data.

Registration and Further Information
Participation in the training sessions is generally free of charge and open to all members of RWTH Aachen. If registration is required, it usually takes place via Single Sign-On. Separate registration options are available for external participants, as specified in the event details.
