This year, you once again had the opportunity to participate in the RWTHmoodle user survey to evaluate the teaching and learning platform. The survey took place from August 4 to 24, 2025, for all persons who were booked into at least one course in the 2025 summer semester. Approximately 38,300 people were invited to participate by email, of whom 1,190 took part in the survey.

Would you like to see the results in more detail? You can find all the results, including those from previous years, on our website (unfortunately only available in German).
If you have any further thoughts, you don’t have to wait until the next survey to give us your feedback: You can send your suggestions for improvement and criticism of RWTHmoodle to the IT-ServiceDesk at any time. Our goal is to continuously optimize RWTHmoodle for everyone at the RWTH. This is mainly thanks to your valuable feedback.
What the Survey Achieves
We repeatedly hear from students that they would like to see more uniformity and structure in the course rooms. Of course, the lecturers determine the content, but we can support them in making the course rooms clear and easy to use. The test phase for the course templates therefore began in the 2025 summer semester and will continue this winter semester.
Interested teachers can continue to register by email to test the course templates in their learning rooms.
By the way: You can now find all changes related to RWTHmoodle on IT Center Changes.
