In October and November 2020, we conducted our annual user satisfaction survey, in which all customers were able to rate the IT Center’s services and support. We also requested suggestions for improvements and – due to the special situation – asked questions about the IT Center’s handling of the Corona situation.
Your satisfaction with us has increased steadily over the past few years. Moreover, you have confirmed that we are on the right track with our adjustments due to the pandemic.
