The Chat support of the IT-SeviceDesk is an easy and quick way to contact the support team of the IT Center. Currently the Chat Support is available for you from Monday to Friday between 07:30am and 06:00pm. Due to the current situation we are unfortunately not able to support you personally at our IT-ServiceDesk locations, so we have extended our chat times to support you even longer.

You have already used the chat support and made experiences? Great! -We would like to know what you think of the chat support and our extended chat support times. Take part in our survey about the Chat Support right now. You have constructive feedback, wishes and suggestions? Then you can also tell us this in the survey. Just use the free text field for this purpose. In two to three minutes you will have the opportunity to click through and give us your feedback. The survey runs until July 19, 2020.

Ask questions and find solutions in the Chat Support

No matter if you are reading a manual in the documentation portal, have questions about RWTHonline and RWTHmoodle or surf the IT Center website – with a click on the Chat Support button at the bottom of the screen you can ask us your questions about the IT Center’s IT services in the chat. The team of the IT-ServiceDesk will help you live in the chat to solve your concerns.

Many of your concerns can already be solved in the chat, so that you can get answers and solutions to your questions quickly and easily. So don’t hesitate, use the chat and don’t forget to participate in our Chat Support survey until July 19.
