The IT Center’s annual user satisfaction survey was launched this week, as we would like to hear from you again this year how you rate our services and support.

Last year you already left us a much better feedback about our protégés RWTHonline and RWTHmoodle than in 2018, but there were also many helpful critical comments, which were used to further improve these two services. Furthermore, we could see that you wish for a faster, more resilient and more stable eduroam. We have worked hard on this as well!
If you would like to know more about the results of the previous year, you are very welcome to have a look at the results of the user satisfaction survey 2019 (unfortunately, they are only available in German).
Now we are very keen on your comments this year. So please help us again with your feedback so that we can further improve our services and support for you!
