It’s that time again! The annual RWTHmoodle User Survey starts today on July 10, 2023 and runs until July 30, 2023. You have the opportunity to share your experience with the system and give us valuable feedback now if you have used RWTHmoodle and were authorized in at least one learning session during the summer semester 2023. Together, we can further improve RWTHmoodle and adapt the support offering accordingly.

Why is your participation important?
Since summer semester 2019, RWTHmoodle is the teaching and learning platform at RWTH Aachen University. With the new version 4.1, which has been running since March 14, 2023, several innovations have been introduced. In order to continuously optimize the platform, your opinion as a user is of great importance. The survey serves to identify suggestions for improvement of RWTHmoodle and the associated support offering. Your feedback enables us to specifically address the needs of the community and further improve the learning experience at RWTH.
Conditions of participation and duration
All students, lecturers and other employees who used RWTHmoodle in the summer semester 2023 and were authorized in at least one learning room are invited to participate. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete, but you have the option to pause the survey and continue at a later time.
Chance to win
As in the previous year, we are giving away a total of 15 gift certificates from Schenk Lokal Aachen, each worth 15 euros, among all completed questionnaires. Take the opportunity not only to raise your voice, but also to take the chance to win a great prize!
Implementation and responsible parties
The survey is conducted jointly by the IT Center and the Center for Teaching and Learning Services, Learning Platform Management (CLS/LPM) department at RWTH Aachen University. These teams are committed to continuously improving the user experience of RWTHmoodle and are also available to answer your questions and provide feedback.

If you are interested in the results of previous RWTHmoodle usage surveys, you can find all evaluations of the last years on the IT Center website.
