On Wednesday, May 28, 2025, the IT-ServiceDesk will only be available during limited opening hours due to an internal event.

The IT-ServiceDesk will be available on May 28, 2025 as follows:
- By phone: From 8am to 5pm on the usual number +49 241 80-24680
- By chat: From 8am to 5pm via the “Chat Support” button. You can find this on the IT Center website, in the documentation portal IT Center Help, or on RWTHmoodle.
- By email: You can also reach us by email at servicedesk@itc.rwth-aachen.de
For personal contact, our locations listed below will be open for you on this day at the following times:
- SuperC: 8am to 4pm
- Seffenter Weg 23: 8am to 4pm
Instructions for using and installing our services can be found at IT Center Help.
The InfoPoint at Seffenter Weg 23 is not affected by the changed opening hours on that day.
Due to the Ascension Day holiday on Thursday, May 29, 2025, the IT-ServiceDesk will not be available on that day. The IT-ServiceDesk will resume normal opening hours on Friday, May 30, 2025.
