How satisfied are you with our content in IT Center Help?
The IT Center Help platform has supported us since last year July 23 and provides you with answers to countless questions about the IT Center’s IT services. Whether FAQs about specific services, detailed step-by-step instructions or useful quick links to applications for studying, teaching and research, the documentation platform has all this and much more to offer. Our goal is to provide online answers to all your questions.
New feedback feature for support requests
New year and new beginnings! And new year also means good resolutions. As every year, one of our good resolutions is to increase your satisfaction. As we recently reported in our post about customer satisfaction, your opinion is very important to us and we ask for it regularly. So, in order for us to tackle our good resolution and improve this year as well, we need your feedback! This is why, starting february 10, 2021, you have the opportunity to tell us anonymously whether or not you were satisfied with our service in support requests.
RWTHonline Survey 2020 for Students
This summer, the IT Center of RWTH Aachen University surveyed students for the first time on a larger scale about their opinion of RWTHonline. Students were asked about user satisfaction and concrete usability of RWTHonline, the technical support provided by the IT Center and the new RWTHonline support form. The current overall rating of RWTHonline was also evaluated.

The IT Center’s annual user satisfaction survey was launched this week, as we would like to hear from you again this year how you rate our services and support.
„Every Year Again“… comes the RWTHmoodle user survey
„Year After Year” is the beginning of one of the most famous German Christmas carols of today. The RWTHmoodle team also calls it “Every Year Again”. But we don’t have the Baby-Christ coming down on earth like in the carol, we furthermore give the users of RWTHmoodle the opportunity to evaluate the system and the services associated with it.

RWTHonline Survey 2020 – Your Opinion Matters!
This week a special RWTHonline survey for students of the IT Center has started. We would like to hear from you how you would rate the usability of RWTHonline and our support for RWTHonline.
Through our annual user satisfaction surveys (unfortunately only available in German) you gave us already a lot of critical feedback about RWTHonline, which was already used to improve this service.
The IT-ServiceDesk Chat Support – We Want Your Feedback!
The Chat support of the IT-SeviceDesk is an easy and quick way to contact the support team of the IT Center. Currently the Chat Support is available for you from Monday to Friday between 07:30am and 06:00pm. Due to the current situation we are unfortunately not able to support you personally at our IT-ServiceDesk locations, so we have extended our chat times to support you even longer.
