This presentation summarizes the work I carried out during my 18-week internship at the Hearing Aid Business Unit of Shanghai United Imaging Microelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. My tasks included various standardized measurements such as electroacoustic testing according to GB/T and IEC standards, as well as directivity, reliability, and battery voltage testing. The main focus of my internship involved developing a COMSOL multiphysics model to analyze the vibroacoustic coupling between the receiver, tubing, and coupler systems. This model was used to visualize vibration displacement at different frequencies, enabling the prediction of potential issues in the subsequent design of new hearing aid models.
