Details of Participants in Necessary In-Person Meetings Must be Recorded

June 3rd, 2020 | by

The Crisis Management Team at RWTH advised that according to the current version of the Coronaschutzverordnung (CoronaSchV), in-person work meetings of two or more persons may currently only be held on the condition that they are absolutely necessary for operations and that remote meetings (even with restrictions) are not possible. For these work meetings, there must be a possibility to trace contact within a period of four weeks from an in-person meeting in the event of a coronavirus infection. The data for all participants of in-person work meetings should be recorded in everyone’s interest. A form is available for this purpose. Please also note that the recorded data/forms must be destroyed after four weeks.
