Despite the extraordinary circumstances during the coronavirus pandemic, the training was completed with the grade “very good” – four former IT Center trainees achieved this in 2023: Patrick Blaneck, who completed his training as a mathematical-technical software developer at the beginning of the year, Mia Möbes, IT specialist for system integration, Eva Tiede, Management Assistant for Office Management, and Marcel Vogler, mathematical-technical software developer. All four were honored by the IHK-Aachen for their excellent results at a ceremony.

The IT Center is delighted for the graduates and congratulates them all!

And what comes after the successful training? The IT Center has hired Patrick Blaneck, Mia Möbes and Marcel Vogler as employees. Eva Tiede has decided to study at the FH Aachen.

We wish them all a good start to their professional lives!

The IT Center as a Training Company

At the IT Center, interested parties can train in one of four different professions:

• IT specialists specializing in system integration (FiSi)
• Management assistants for office management (KfB)
• Management assistants for dialog marketing (DiMa)
• Mathematical-technical software developers (MATSE)

What to expect:

The training generally takes 3 to 3.5 years. Depending on which training occupation you choose.

Interesting projects await you during this time. Work on small, but also large, state-wide, national and international projects.

Organized by our internal party team, there are also festivities at the IT Center, such as the company excursion, our summer party, the annual christmas party and much more.

Salary is based on the collective agreement (TV-L). A discount for local public transport in the form of a job ticket is possible. Other components of compensation include a special annual payment, capital-forming benefits and 30 days of vacation per year.
