Deactivation of the Feedback-Function

As we already know, everything has an end at some point.

So does our ticket feedback. After more than a year of testing, it’s time to say goodbye to our feedback function.

The feedback function was introduced in February 2021 to sustainably improve our customer satisfaction. With this function, you had the opportunity to anonymously tell us whether you were satisfied with the processing of your support request.

The evaluation has shown that the feedback was mostly positive, but unfortunately too little feedback was received for constructive improvement measures.
Apparently, this was not the right way to collect feedback.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported us and participated.

Of course, your feedback is still important to us. Please continue to share your opinion with us via our channels. We are always happy to receive feedback!
