11th Aachen Company Run – Not Without My (It Center) Team

Not only can we do the maths, we can also run: At the 11th Aachen company run, the IT Center once again proved its sporting prowess and even took 3rd place in the individual classification! True to the motto “We’re not just good at computing”, the running team took the opportunity this year to grow together as a team and achieve new personal bests. On September 23, 2022 the Aachen company run took place for the ninth time and the IT Center also took part with a total of nine runners. Last Friday, the teams proved that the IT Center is not only good at IT, but also at sports.

So does our ticket feedback. After more than a year of testing, it’s time to say goodbye to our feedback function.
RWTHmoodle – Results of This Year’s User Survey

This summer semester, RWTHmoodle users once again had the chance to evaluate the system and its associated services.
The user survey started in June 2022. 37.300 people who actively used at least one course room in the summer semester 2022 were asked to participate in the RWTHmoodle user survey. 1.820 users complied with this request.
IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2021 – The Results are in!

In October and November 2021, we conducted our annual IT Center Satisfaction Survey, in which all members of the RWTH Aachen University were able to rate the services and support offered by the IT Center.
In the survey, we also asked for your suggestions for improvements and – due to the special situation – asked questions about the IT Center’s handling of the Corona situation.

„Every Year Again“… comes the RWTHmoodle user survey
„Year After Year” is the beginning of one of the most famous German Christmas carols of today. The RWTHmoodle team also calls it “Every Year Again”. But we don’t have the Baby-Christ coming down on earth like in the carol, we furthermore give the users of RWTHmoodle the opportunity to evaluate the system and the services associated with it.
