IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2024 – Your Opinion Counts!
This week our IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2024 started. This survey is aimed at all people who use the services of the IT Center.
In order to continuously improve the quality of services and support through our various communication channels, we conduct a satisfaction survey every year. The survey is anonymous.
RWTHapp Satisfaction Survey 2024
The RWTHapp satisfaction survey ran from July 22 to August 2, 2024. Before we get into the evaluation, we would like to thank you for the active participation! With almost 4000 clicks, there were over 2000 fully completed questionnaires. The results of the survey will be incorporated into the further development of the RWTHapp.
RWTHmoodle – Usage Survey Results
In the summer semester 2024, RWTHmoodle users once again had the opportunity to evaluate the system and the associated services such as training and support services.
The usage survey started on June 17, 2024. In total, around 36,300 people who actively used at least one course room in the summer semester 2024 were invited to take part in the RWTHmoodle usage survey. 1,750 users accepted this invitation.
A Look Behind the Scenes of Apprenticeship – Part I
After Daniel Malenkovic successfully completed his apprenticeship as a dialog marketing specialist at the IT Center in February 2024, we were delighted to welcome another graduate in June: Yasin Kalem.

In October and November 2023, we conducted our annual IT Center Satisfaction Survey, in which all members of the RWTH Aachen University were able to rate the services and support offered by the IT Center.

It’s that time again: The annual RWTHmoodle usage survey starts today on June 17, 2024 and runs until July 7, 2024. You have used RWTHmoodle and were authorized in at least one learning room in the summer semester 2023? Then you now have the opportunity to share your experiences with the system and give us valuable feedback. Together we can further improve RWTHmoodle and adapt the support services accordingly.
Help Us to Improve Coscine!
Coscine has now been in regular operation at RWTH Aachen University for a year. On the occasion of this event, we are counting on your opinion. If you actively use Coscine, the platform for research data management, you now have the opportunity to share your experiences and give us valuable feedback from April 22 to May 6, 2024. Together, we can continue to improve Coscine and adapt the support offering accordingly.
My Apprenticeship at the IT Center
My name is Daniel Malenkovic and I completed my training as a dialog marketing specialist at the IT Center at RWTH Aachen University. In this blog post, I talk about the training, my tasks and the highlights I was able to experience here – and hopefully I can motivate some of you to also consider such training.

Today our raffle for the IT Center Satisfaction Survey 2023 took place.
Once again this year, 15 “Schenk Lokal Aachen” gift vouchers worth EUR 15 each were raffled off.
