记者10月8日从省卫生计生委获悉，“甘肃省医疗机构药品阳光采购平台”(yp.gsggzyjy.cn)，已于10月起上线试运行，11月1日正式上线启用。
药品阳光采购平台可满足医疗机构为主体的网上竞价议价和网上阳光采购需求，实现从采购计划编制、采购目录汇总、网上竞价议价、合同签订、采购配送、合同履行、结算支付等全过程的电子化阳光采购。
据了解，医疗机构可通过甘肃省药品和医用耗材集中采购网“药品阳光采购”栏目登录，也可通过甘肃省公共资源交易网“药品阳光采购”栏目登录。首次登录后请及时修改初始密码，并维护完善用户基本信息和联系方式。
首批进入药品阳光采购平台挂网交易的品规为：2016年甘肃省公立医院中成药阳光采购药品和2014年基本药物品种中的常用低价药品。
自2016年11月1日起，医疗机构必须使用药品阳光采购平台实现药品的自行阳光采购，通过线上竞价议价完成供货企业遴选价格确定，通过阳光平台完成网上采购配送，实现挂网药品的全程电子化交易。
